Privacy policy

This policy explains how Dynamic Solutions Bulgaria EOOD ("we", "us") handles personal data on this website and in our applications. We are the data controller for the processing described below.

What we collect on this website

• Feedback form submissions. The app you selected, the type of report, your summary and description, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address.
• Technical data. Standard request information processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare), such as IP address and country, used to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To read, triage and act on your reports and ideas — our legitimate interest in improving our products.
• To reply to you, where you gave us an email address — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the site available and free of abuse — our legitimate interest in security.

Where it goes

Feedback submissions are stored in our internal issue tracker (Linear) so the development team can act on them. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements; where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Feedback is retained for as long as it is useful for the product it relates to, and normally no longer than 24 months after the issue is resolved. Email addresses are removed on request.

Our applications

Our apps are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Where an app requires an account or stores data in the cloud, that is described in the app's own store listing and in-app information, including any permissions it requests (for example location, used only while you use the feature that needs it).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below (or use the form on our home page) and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg).

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
